Flow Alignment and Connection™ (FAC) is a translation for you of some of the ways that light beings assist one another and assist humanity in the shifts that occur on a path of growth. It is interdimensional bodywork and exploration of consciousness. At the end of the seminar you have a practical set of skills that allow you to serve yourself and others.

FAC allows you to serve people, plants, animals, crystals and any being you can recognize as being composed of life force energy. We teach this seminar in a bodywork setting but you can apply FAC in many formats besides bodywork. It can be used as part of your daily spiritual practice.
Practitioners use it in their businesses and organizations, artwork, psychotherapy practices, families, and in a wide variety of circumstances and settings.

To practice Flow Alignment and Connection™, you do not have to be a channel, bodyworker, or clairvoyant. All that you need to be is who you are. Your wish to learn, to serve, and to grow, and your willingness to observe and experiment will enhance your success as a practitioner. You must learn this practice under the guidance of a properly trained teacher in order to fully grasp what is involved. Every student will successfully practice FAC in the form that is his or her most natural, appropriate and creative means of expression.

Class structure: We lead you in meditations, using the Practitioner's Foundations tapes or spontaneous live journeys from the Communities of Light. We teach you using the illustrated Practitioner's. You will take turns being the client (on the table) and the practitioner, trading with a wide variety of people. We teach you in steps; each day builds on what you learned the day before. We go over practical topics, such as legal issues, practice management, and self-care. We offer gentle physical exercises to help you hold greater flow. We teach about applying Flow Alignment and Connection™ in settings other than bodywork. You can ask questions and receive assistance from Tina and your guides in the Communities of Light.
