
The
following suggestions and guidelines help you get the most out of your sessions: It's
best not to have had a heavy meal for at least an hour prior to the session. Do
have a light protein snack beforehand so that you're not feeling hungry and your
blood sugar isn't low when you arrive. Please
don't wear perfume or cologne to your session. After
a session your body and energy field will be more open and harmonized. As a result,
you may feel especially sensitive to caffeine, alcohol, sugar, loud noise or chaotic
energy. Try to stay in peaceful surroundings, eat nourishing foods, drink plenty
of water, enjoy good company, etc. Allow yourself
time to assimilate the work-no strenuous workouts for several hours afterward
or until the next day.
Standard session ~ $125 Includes:
time to discuss your needs at the beginning
1 hour of hands-on time on the table time
for you to rest and dress time to demonstrate
or review recommended exercises and stretches
self-care practices, selection and applications of essential oils for home use
other referrals telephone or e-mail follow
up between sessions if necessary
Extended
session ~ $175 Includes:
1 ½ hours of hands-on time on the table
all of the additional features above

If you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice by
phone (not by e-mail).
If you are running late I will hold
your appointment for you for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, it will
be considered a last-minute cancellation.
Unless it is a true emergency,
you'll be responsible for last-minute cancellations/no-shows.
If
you have a Monday appointment please call to cancel by the previous Friday.
If I need to change or postpone your appointment I will give you at least 24 hours
notice. Please respect that I have reserved
